Career Development
The Career Development Office empowers students and alumni to identify and utilize their strengths, abilities, interests, and goals as they prepare to serve the Church and impact the world for Christ.
HIU alumni are invited to use our online services made available through the campus portal at http://my.hiu.edu/ to search job postings, add job postings, post a personal resume and cover letter, set up job search engines, and more. An alumni networking group is available on LinkedIn. Additional services are available to all alumni including resume formatting, editing, and interview preparation.
Insurance Discount
AAA Automobile Club offers savings of up to 7.4% on insurance policies for alumni of a four-year college. All HIU alumni are automatically inducted to the alumni association.
Library Services

Mango Languages
Mango Languages is an online language learning program that teaches practical conversation and cultural awareness. It uses a methodology called Intuitive Language Construction which "increases what you learn, AND your ability to use it. Each lesson covers all four key-language components - Vocabulary, Pronunciation, Grammar and Culture - while maximizing comprehension and retention. A working knowledge of each component, and the ability to combine them correctly, is crucial to being understood and accepted by native speakers."
