PROFESSIONAL PRESENTATIONS

Professor Kapanoske conducts presentations in the church and in the community on the importance of maternal mental health, managing the mental load and maternal burnout. She is also a visiting expert for New Mom School and created a mental health program for the Orange Lutheran High School football team, with the intent to educate players and coaches on the importance of mental health maintenance in athletes.
