Friday, October 29, 2021, marked HIU’s long-awaited return of our annual Spirit of Hope Concert & Awards Gala (after a 2-year hiatus due to COVID-19).

Dr. Carl Toney’s new book, “Ruining Christmas–Rediscovering Jesus,” explores the origins of Christmas and sheds light on many of the questions surrounding the birth of Jesus.

Colleagues and former students of Hope International University’s longtime professor, Dr. Joe Grana, have compiled a book in honor of the beloved educator and minister.

Hope International University has been selected for the 2021 Best of Fullerton Award in the Local Business category by the Fullerton Award Program.

HIU hosted its 15th Annual GOLF CHALLENGE at the exclusive Alta Vista Country Club to help fund student scholarships and departmental programs. This year, our faithful donors and sponsors gave more than $73,000 – a single-year record for this event.

For more than 30 years, Dr. Grana served faithfully at HIU in roles that included Professor and Dean of Pacific Christian College of Ministry & Biblical Studies.

During Welcome Week, a group of 40 Hope International University students volunteered to serve at Pacific Drive Elementary School in Fullerton.
