Dr. Edgington served as Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences since 2011 and Professor since 1980.

Dr. Knopf joined the HIU faculty in 2017 and quickly took on other academic responsibilities, including becoming the Chair for Traditional Undergraduate Students.

Hope International University has been awarded top ranking status for 9 different degree programs by Intelligent.com, all in the top 25 nationally, and six programs among the top 10 in the U.S.

Longtime HIU Royals Men’s Basketball Coach, Bill Czech, recently was interviewed on the Character Up podcast, which features stories and discussions on leadership and character across high school, college, and professional sports.

In addition to teaching at HIU, Dr. Amadi is a speaker, children’s book author, content creator, and host. She uses her various platforms to bridge the gap between mental health and faith for the purposes of engaging a deeper healing journey.

Dr. Mutunga, native of Kenya, founded Tumaini International, an organization that intentionally assists AIDS-affected children by helping to place them into loving, nurturing, and protecting family environments in a program of Extended Family Care.

In the face of a global pandemic and quarantine conditions, our December 2000 grads exhibited tremendous resiliency and perseverance, completing their degree program, and achieving this notable academic milestone.
