Paul H. Alexander Ph.D.
Assistant Director of Institutional Advancement
Paul H. Alexander, Ph.D., became the seventh President of Hope International University on August 16, 2019. Dr. Alexander has served Hope International University since 1994 in a number of leadership roles that have left an indelible mark on the advancement of the University.

Dr. Joshua Arnold has served in various roles in ministry and student development at distinctly Christ-centered institutions for nearly two decades. He has served as Vice President for Student Affairs at HIU since 2022.
Steven D. Edgington Ph.D.

Steve Edgington, Ph.D., was appointed Vice President for Academic Affairs in February 2021. Dr. Edgington provided superb leadership to the College of Arts and Sciences since its inception in 2011.

Rebecca Pacificar was appointed HIU's Vice President for Business and Finance in May 2024. She has over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, primarily in Higher Education.
